Richard Osman is a principal at Chazco Development and represents the next generation of leadership within the company. With a background in construction management and operations, he focuses on project execution, development strategy, and building the internal systems required to scale the business.
Richard has played a key role in managing active job sites, coordinating contractors, and supporting the planning and rollout of new commercial developments. His work centers on aligning field operations with long-term development goals, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through
completion.
He has completed his MBA with a focus on organizational leadership and
operations, bringing a structured, forward-looking approach to growth,
partnerships, and capital planning. Richard’s role is to help position Chazco for its next phase as a disciplined, development-first organization built for long-term
