Charles Osman is the founder and principal of Chazco Development, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial construction, real estate development, and project leadership. Over the course of his career, he has led the planning and execution of more than 100 projects, building a reputation for disciplined decision-making, practical problem-solving, and delivering projects that perform long after completion. His work has centered on ground-up commercial development, site planning, contractor oversight, and long-term asset strategy. Charles is known for taking a steady, hands-on approach to leadership, prioritizing strong relationships with partners, municipalities, and clients while maintaining a clear focus on financial viability and execution. Under his leadership, Chazco has grown into a development-driven organization grounded in experience, accountability, and a long-term view of building durable, successful projects.

Richard Osman

Principal

Richard Osman is a principal at Chazco Development and represents the next generation of leadership within the company. With a background in construction management and operations, he focuses on project execution, development strategy, and building the internal systems required to scale the business. Richard has played a key role in managing active job sites, coordinating contractors, and supporting the planning and rollout of new commercial developments. His work centers on aligning field operations with long-term development goals, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through completion. He has completed his MBA with a focus on organizational leadership and operations, bringing a structured, forward-looking approach to growth, partnerships, and capital planning. Richard's role is to help position Chazco for its next phase as a disciplined, development-first organization built for long-term performance.
